Rusty Boshard is the Founder and Principal Broker of The Broker.  Rusty has owned and operated several residential and commercial real estate brokerages over the past eighteen years.  He has partnering with developers of mutiple large housing projects with custom and semi custom builds including many Utah Parade Of Homes. He also owns Capital Choice Property Management.  Driven by qualities of integrity, determination and satisfaction, Rusty received Central Utah’s Top 250 realtors award the last two years running.  

Prior to owning real estate brokerages, Rusty owned a Mortgage Brokerage, was Vice President of Franklin Covey, General Manager of XO Communications, Director of Cellular One Corporate Marketing, General Manager of Cellular One Utah & Idaho. 

Rusty is a Brigham Young University alumnist.  He and his wife Becky are the parents of four children, and the grandparents of five beautiful and fun grandchildren.  Rusty enjoys helping others, is passionate about golf, skiing, and exotic cars.
