Three people who genuinely want you to get into your home — and get money back doing it.
This program started because Rusty Boshard treats people well. A neighbor mentioned they were moving. Then their kid. Then their friends. Moving is stressful and expensive, and Rusty knew that — so whenever he had the chance to make it a little easier, he did. Before long, helping a few people turned into helping a lot of people.
Eventually "helping people he knew" turned into a program, a team, and a whole different way of doing real estate. The rebate was always there. Now it's just official — and open to everyone.
Rusty built the Broker Split the same way he built his career — by taking care of the people around him. Over 20 years he has owned and operated residential and commercial brokerages, partnered with developers on 500+ custom and semi-custom builds, and earned Central Utah's Top 250 Realtor award two years running. Before real estate, he served as VP at Franklin Covey, General Manager of XO Communications, and Director of Marketing at Cellular One. He's a BYU alum, a grandfather of six, and passionate about golf, skiing, and exotic cars.
Campbell grew up in Raleigh, NC and made Utah home when she enrolled at Utah State in 2019. She graduated with a Business & Communication degree in 2023, started her career in property management in 2021, and transitioned into residential real estate in 2023. She closed $18.8M across 35 transactions in her first two years and earned a Central Utah Top 250 Realtor recognition.
Todd grew up in Provo and has been in and around real estate his entire adult life — he got his first license right out of high school. Before returning to it full time, he spent years in the high-tech world at WordPerfect, Novell, and Excite@Home, then went on to co-found a behavioral health company and build Ashman Candles from scratch. Both businesses were sold in 2025, freeing him to put his full attention into real estate. He's a BYU grad, a lifelong Utah resident, and brings 28+ years of real estate experience alongside a business background most agents simply don't have.
