Campbell grew up in Raleigh, NC and made Utah home when she enrolled at Utah State in 2019. She started her career in property management in 2021, transitioned into residential real estate in 2023, and closed $18.8M in her first two years. She brings real marketing to every listing — professional photography, a proper launch strategy, and the kind of attention to detail that gets homes sold for top dollar.
Todd grew up in Provo and has been in real estate since he got his first license right out of high school. Before returning full time, he built a career in tech at WordPerfect, Novell, and Excite@Home, co-founded a behavioral health company, and built Ashman Candles from scratch — both businesses sold in 2025. That background gives him a perspective on negotiations and client relationships most agents simply don't have.
